  Aegean Waters French Restaurant is a diner's opportunity to experience excellent French cuisine in an intimate atmosphere. I always find the warm greeting I receive welcoming and the relaxed ambience comforting. The fare is exquisitely prepared and presentation is of a high quality.

  Our last night in Hervey Bay and we were so, so happy to book a table at Aegean Waters. Sublime place settings, fantastically decorated French-inspired interior, fantastic French food and a superb range of Wines, topped off by wonderful hosts who we became friends with immediately on arrival.
  
  If you want real food served by real people, then this is the place for you (and if you don't, then you deserve a TAB and a $9 steak with lighting bright enough for a sports stadium).
  
  Hervey Bay is lucky to have Aegean Waters. For you locals - please keep visiting so you don't lose it, and for tourists (including ourselves) - it's the best Restaurant in Hervey Bay, no arguments. Thank you so much, we had such a happy night, we will be back!
